All Pet Central animals are up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations, spayed or neutered, microchipped (registration included), and current on parasite prevention. Dogs over six-months of age are heartworm tested. When adopting, we will ensure that you receive copies of veterinary and microchip records. Records are sent via email. Park in the parking lot and enter the facility. A PCH! representative will greet you and show you to the adoption room. Your new pet will be handed to you. We will take a "Happy Adoption Day” photo with your pet and family. If your adoption is scheduled at PetSmart – Bloomington, IL: Park in the PetSmart (1606 E. Empire St.) Parking lot and enter the store. We will be set up just inside the store entrance. Let us know you are here to pick up your pet! A PCH! representative will confirm your information and hand you your pet. We will take a "Happy Adoption Day” photo with your pet and family. If your adoption is scheduled at the Cat’s Meow Cafe: Navigate to PetSmart, park in the parking lot and enter the store. Locate a PCH! Representative at our adoption table and let them know you are picking up a Cat Cafe Cat. You will sign your final contract with your counselor and snap a picture of the completed screen. Head to the Cat’s Meow Cafe at 507 N. Hershey Rd and provide them with the snapshot of your final contract. They will get your cat and take a “Happy Adoption Day” photo with your pet and family. Thiccy is a sweet, gentle guy with a story that will melt your heart. He came to us through a low-cost clinic, and while he was friendly and touchable, the neighborhood he came from just wasn’t safe for him. So we welcomed him into a cozy indoor life where he could finally feel secure—and he’s thriving! Thiccy is still learning that people can be trusted, but he’s a patient, kind soul who loves quiet affection and is slowly coming out of his shell. He’s adjusting beautifully to indoor life and is ready for a forever home that will give him patience, love, and the space to blossom. If you have a calm, loving environment and a gentle heart, Thiccy is the perfect companion to grow alongside.

*Chino is apart of a bonded pair with his litter mate Coco.*Hey there, I’m Chino! I’m about 8 months old and full of life, love, and nonstop playtime energy! I’m super close with my sister Coco (we’re littermates and total besties), and together we make the perfect playful duo. I love wand toys (especially the Cat Dancer toy) along with puzzle feeders and racing through my tunnels like a little athlete. If toys aren’t nearby, Coco and I will happily keep each other busy! After a good play session, I’m all about naps and snuggles with my favorite humans or my sister. Chloe is a sweet but sassy cat. She is very curious and wants to always be involved in whatever you are doing. Chloe loves wand toys and playing fetch. She does need 20-30 minutes of interactive play with you each day, spread out over 5-10 minute increments throughout the day. Chloe is food motivated and easy to teach commands to. She knows sit, look, stand, and spot. She will do look and sit without treats. She likes most treats but loves squeezable treat tubes. She is used to a leash and harness. I took her in after she was abandoned by her owner in August. She was understandably scared and traumatized by it. He had also taught her that hands and feet were toys. I have worked very hard to teach her they are not but she occasionally forgets. Her ideal home would be one without small children due to that. She would need someone who is patient, and consistent with her. Chloe needs a home where she is the only cat. She WILL try to attack other cats. I can't keep her for this reason
