Story
Pendy is a 6.5 year old lady ready to start a new chapter with a loving family. This lady has a lot to say.. all the time. She`s a chatter box, or a karaoke queen - if you will. After her bashful hello - she`s excited for pets, attention, and snuggle time. Pendy is an absolute DOLL. In her past home she has lived with other cats and pups and did well with them! Although, this lady will need her own food dish to hog when it`s snack time. (Can`t blame her there.)Does Pendy sound like a match for you?Stop in and visit her soon!

Story
Mandy is a 3.5 year old looking for a new family after her previous owner passed away. This poor lady is going through such a difficult time adjusting to the busy shelter environment. Mandy spends most of the day hiding under her blanket and hasn`t shown much interest in coming out unless it`s quiet during closed hours. We are searching for a quiet home to help this poor gal get comfortable enough to come out of her shell. Like some of the other cats here, their whole world got rocked and sometimes just a patient and loving hand is all they need. Stop in and see Mandy soon.

Story
Are you ready for a frisky fella to put some pep in your step, and to add some spice to your life?! Harvey is the man for you!Harvey came to us as a surrender, looking for that special someone that can vibe with his energy. He will serenade you with his chirps & purrs, show you the proper way to knead bread and make biscuits, and greet you every morning with a gentle butt of the head. Harvey quickly became the staff favorite (we say that a lot, but really... staff is ENAMORED with Harvey). He can often be found roaming the lobby after rolling in a big ol` pile of catnip. Harvey has no fear and will be the first to say `hello`.. human, canine, or feline.. He has been our go-to dog tester... when we need to see how a dog will react to a cat, Harvey is our man. He`s curious about all the other cats here at the shelter, but is easily distracted by their toys and food dishes. Harvey is great about using his litter box, but the rest of his kennel can be a bit chaotic... there`s just not enough room for all the toy chasing, and barrel rolling he loves to do! Are you ready for the adventure of a lifetime with a one-of-a-kind character that is guaranteed to make you laugh?! Do you have plenty of room for activities? Are you ready to be entertained?! Come meet Harvey in person (to know him is to love him!) and fill out a paper application... or email us at animals@mashelter.org for an application.

Story
Oscar came to the shelter as a stray with his siblings Judy and Todd. Our amazing fosters took them in and had this to say about Oscar! He likes other cats but is happy playing alone. He’s active and curious and was a great visitor in our home. He did great around kids, an XL dog, and other cats, and was great at cleaning himself and using litterbox. Oscar is playful and active. He’s a good climber and wrestler and a great cuddler. He might sleep under your blanket and suckle on the blanket until he falls asleep. Favorite toy – spring toys or anything that slides on a floor. If you are interested in Oscar.. please email animals@mashelter.org for an application! Or stop in during our business hours to meet them and fill out a paper application!

Story
Robert was left in a carrier in our parking lot in January, so we don`t know much about where he`s from, or what he`s experienced. What we DO know is that he is a sweet, calm, quiet boy.. always observing what is going on around him. He may take a minute to warm up to new people, but he trusts easily and opens his heart to all. Vaccines, microchips, blood draws, intakes... Robert handled them all with ease.. then climbed into staffs arms for some cuddles and reassurances. We don`t know what kind of life Robert had before he made his way to us, but we think that he would adapt quickly to just about any environment, if given the chance. I think he would be the perfect couch potato partner for a movie marathon. Robert keeps to himself, keeps his kennel clean, always uses his litter box, and is ready for a fresh start with his forever family. Are you ready to prove to Robert that real love, safety, and security is out there? Can you give him the final forever home that he deserves? Stop in and visit Robert during our business hours (his gentle soul will melt your heart!) and fill out a paper application, or email us at animals@mashelter.org for an application.
