Story
Cecelia, or CeCe, came to the shelter when her previous owner could no longer care for her. She's a bit shy at first, but once she discovers how much fun it is to interact with people, she quickly warms up. Her favorite spot used to be in the recliner, perched right on top of her owner's head! With a little patience and a lot of love, CeCe could be the perfect companion. Story
Dillon came to the shelter when his owner could no longer manage the number of pets she had. He lost a leg to an injury a few years ago, but that hasn't slowed him down. He may take a little time to warm up to people, but once you start giving him attention, he can't get enough. With a bit of patience, you'll be rewarded with a truly wonderful and loving companion. Story
Say hi to Creamsicle! He was found as a stray, so his past is a mystery. He's a very loving cat who craves attention. However, he tested positive for FeLV, so he'll need to be the only cat in the home or live with another FeLV-positive cat. Feline leukemia is a disease that only affects cats-it cannot be transmitted to people, dogs, or other animals. FeLV spreads from one cat to another through saliva, blood, and, to some extent, urine and feces, with grooming and fighting being the most common ways for infection to spread. If you think you might open your heart to give this sweet guy a chance, please complete an application online at daslakeoftheozarks.com. Story
Cheeto and Nacho caught a ride to the shelter in one of our employee's cars, and thankfully arrived safe and sound. These sweet, lively kittens are on the lookout for a loving home. They get along wonderfully with the other cats in the community kitten room and are always ready for a play session with fuzzy toys. If you can picture one or both of them enjoying life in your home, you can submit an application online at daslakeoftheozarks.com. We'd love to see them head to their new home-this time riding in a carrier inside the car! Primary Color: Orange Tabby Weight: 1.2 Age: 0yrs 0mths 8wks

Story
Snookie is one of our older kitties that was brought to the shelter when her owner no longer wanted to take care of him. He is shy at first, but once he gets to know you, he can be affectionate. He hangs on a cat tower in the community cat room and doesn't bother anyone else, just watching everything that's happening around him. Snookie is front declawed. Primary Color: Black Age: 8yrs 9mths 1wks
