Peekaboo! Oh hi! Peekaboo embodies everything a kitten should be - playful, snuggly, goofy, and carefree - minus her right eye which was surgically removed. She’s seen a lot in her little lifetime, yet missing an eye doesn’t slow her down at all. Peekaboo approaches life with mild caution, then quickly realizes there is nothing to fear. She adores human affection and being doted on by other cats, and has been becoming more confident around dogs every day. After being rescued as a rural stray, she still has an innate prey drive, so fluffy fur balls, feather wands, and darting after feet and hands under blankets are her favorite activities. She’s got a lot of energy in her little body! Though, in purest kitten form, she has a cycle of play hard, nap hard, and melts belly up for scratches, or forms the cutest little loaf you’ve ever seen. To humans, she warms up fast, but also spooks easily with sudden movements or loud noises. Because she is still learning the ropes of a safe life indoors, a home with older, considerate children, cat-friendly, gentle dogs, and/or affectionate cat companions would be her ideal home. Peekaboo is one of a kind, and her goofiness makes us laugh every day. We love her, and we know you will too! Peekaboo says, “See you later ;)”
