Meet Ralph! His mom showed up in a subdivision, and a kind soul started feeding her. We think she was dumped as she is friendly and knows the sound of a can opener. Later Ralph and his 2 siblings Lucy and Remy showed up. In below zero weather the whole family was trapped and then decompressed for a bit before their vet visit. Since the kittens were feral the plan was for them to be barn cats. However the rescue suggested trying to work with them. They are all doing great! Ralph has really come out of his shell. He enjoys playing especially with his kitty wand. He loves cuddles! Ralph will close his eyes and settle in for a nap on your lap. Ralph also adores his furry foster brother. He allows us to pick him up. He’s had his nails trimmed and did great. He is neutered thanks to The Fix is In a non profit. Wormed and vaccinated. If you have patience and love this gentle boy will make be an excellent family member. 5.5 months

Meet Lucy! A sweet, beautiful, 5.5 month old kitten. Lucy’s mom showed up in a subdivision, and some kind souls started feeding her. We think her mom was dumped as she is friendly and knows the sound of a can opener. Later Lucy and her siblings Remy and Ralph showed up. In below zero weather the whole family was trapped (it took days) and then decompressed at a welcoming ladies house before a vet visit. Since the kittens were feral the plan was for them to be barn cats. However the rescue suggested trying to work with them. They are all doing great! Lucy is such a cutie. Once she trusts you she wants to be around you and loves attention! She enjoys her toys and adores pets. She does allow us to pick her up and has had her nails trimmed. She is spayed thanks to The Fix is In, a non profit. Vaccinated and wormed. Lucy still gets nervous at new things but is such a sweetie! If you have patience and love she will make an amazing companion and family member!

The first thing people notice about Shrimpy is that she is a senior cat, but once you meet her and she has warmed up to you, you'd never believe it. This sweet girl has had a rough life so far and she wears her fear in her gaze. She takes a fair bit to warm up, but she is learning what love is every day. She still gets scared and is easily overstimulated, so she would need someone patient and calm who will not overwhelm her as she continues to open up. She enjoys gentle belly rubs, pets on her head and shoulders (NOT her rump!), and being spoken to with soothing words of encouragement. She will give affectionate headbutts and even enjoys the rare kiss on her noggin. She is known to lash out when startled, overwhelmed, or overstimulated, but is otherwise a very gentle sweetheart. She just needs someone who will respect her peace as she overcomes years of trauma and learns how to trust. Is that somebody you?
