At about 2 years old and 75 pounds of pure sweetness, Henley is a Catahoula Leopard Dog mix with a heart as big as his paws. This handsome boy is the definition of a gentle giant — calm, affectionate, and happiest when he’s by your side. Henley has great manners and already knows several commands, including sit, shake, lay down, and fetch! He walks nicely on leash, rides well in the car, and seems to do fine around other dogs! He’d love a home where he can stretch out and enjoy both the comforts of the house and the freedom of a yard. Henley thrives when he’s included as part of the family — soaking up love, attention, and maybe a few treats, too! Henley is scheduled for his neuter, is up to date on vaccines, and microchipped. Lola is a sweet dog that loves affection and is highly treat motivated. Lola can be shy and a bit timid at first meeting new people sense her early years were spent in the shelter with dogs instead of a family. Even though she's a bit shy, she tends to warm up fast and is not aggressive with her shyness. Unusual things sometimes startles her since she's never been in a house but her foster has been working hard on showing her every new thing. Lola enjoys playing with other dogs and her toys, plus loves walks since she does have a lot of energy. She is working on her leash manners but does well with corrections and will not tug you off your feet. She is still very much a puppy and working on her basic manners but doing well with crate training. Lola has only met dogs and does awesome. She has met young children through her crate and licks their fingers but she has not met cats. Lola is spayed, up to date on vaccines, and chipped. All Better World Rescue dogs come with complimentary group or private training to ensure a successful adoption.
