Luna does require some assistance with expressing her bladder, but the love and companionship she offers in return are immeasurable. Dixie was previously transferred in from Glynn County Animal Services. She definitely appears to be a Catahoula Leopard mix. Dixie has the usual personality of this breed. She is very alert, nose to the ground, taking in all the news and somewhat independent. Catahoulas are a working breed, so it would be a great idea to research them before adopting. Dixie was adopted out, but recently surrendered after 4 months. She was able to jump the owner`s fence and was hit by a car (with no serious effects, fortunately). The family decided she would be better off in a different home. Dixie has been good with other dogs in the past, which is a plus. Come in and meet this precious girl who is missing her home. We are open 11 to 4 Tuesday through Saturday. Dixie is spayed, microchipped and current on core vaccines.

I put infant young child because I didn't know what to put down. This is Perry he is a sweet boy. Looking for a home or even just a foster home for now till my other male dog passes. Due to my other male dog being aggressive to Perry I want him to go to someone he will be safe with. He deserves to be safe and happy. Id love to still be able to see him or hear about him from time to time if possible but mainly just want him to live a happy life away from from the other boy. He is good with kids and cats. I have two kids and 4 cats and another female dogs and of course the other male dog.

Hi! I'm Camilla!! I may look like your average black and white puppy, but I'm definitely way cuter with my floppy ears! I love to rough house with other dogs and puppies, especially my siblings, but I would love to get away from them in a forever home. The rescue is fun and all, but I'm ready to have air conditioning and not have to share everything with brothers and sisters. I've been at the rescue since I was 7 weeks and now that I'm a big girl, it's time for me to move. You should totally adopt me!

Story
Honeybun just wants to be loved and have a home where she can get the attention she craves all the time. She had hip surgery soon after coming to the rescue, but it has failed and she may need amputation. She gets around with no problem and plays with the other dogs all the time without it stopping her. She is a sweetheart, but definitely a busy and active dog that needs walks and play to help her get some energy out. Please don't let this deter you from adopting her, she's been at the rescue for over a year and after some adjustment time, will probably be a totally different dog than what we see.
