Story
Princess is a stunning 50-pound Catahoula-Pit mix with a lean, medium build. She is incredibly loving and loyal, with a goofy, playful personality that will keep you smiling every day. Despite her sweet nature, Princess carries some scars from her past, which make her cautious and a bit skittish around certain people. Because she struggles with sudden movements, Princess would do best in a home without cats or small children. What she truly needs is a patient, understanding person who can give her the time, space, and reassurance she deserves to feel safe and build trust. Once she lets you into her heart, you will have a devoted best friend and a truly special companion for life.

Story
Hi, my name is Rocky! I was found as a stray laying on a random front porch exhausted and sore from road rash. A Good Samaritan found me and reached out to Guardians of Florida Animal Rescue to help me get the medical care I needed. I'm doing great now - a happy, healthy boy! I've had a pretty rough go of it in my past, but I'm a good boy who deserves a loving home. I know basic commands, I love the pool and playing fetch, and walk pretty well on leash. I'm best suited for a home with no other pets. I've done great with every human that I've met! I'm estimated at around 4 years old and last weighed in at 57 lbs. I'm currently being fostered by the great folks over at Arfington Pet Resort in Tamarac, Florida who fell in love with me when they met me a while back. My adoption fee has been reduced to $100 and includes the care I needed at the vet, up-to-date vaccines, microchip, neuter, and heartworm test (negative). If you are interested in adopting me, please complete a free, non-binding application at www.gofar.dog under Adopt. If you encounter any issues with our website, please email adoptions@gofar.dog.If you have questions, email my rescue at adoptions@gofar.dog. If you'd like to experience all the love I have, and want to make me part of your family, please complete the adoption application by pasting this link into your browser: https://service.sheltermanager.com/asmservice?account=sm2546&method=online_form_html&formid=21

He’s more than ready to start this new chapter with someone who will help him along the way. If you’re looking for a calm, kind, and loving dog to share your life with, Chandler is waiting for you! 💕

Story
Say hello to Blue. This distinguished older gentleman was surrendered by his owner due to a difficult change in lifestyle. Blue is incredibly sweet and gentle with everyone he meets, and his calm nature makes him a joy to be around. Blue is currently learning leash manners, as he previously had plenty of room to roam freely in a yard and didn’t need much leash experience. He’s catching on quickly and trying his very best. If you’re looking for an older boy who simply needs love, patience, and a soft place to land, look no further—Blue may be your perfect match. Why not complete an application and schedule an appointment to meet him today? https://animalrefugecenter.com/adoption-application My ideal home: I need a home with lots of love to give and patience to teach me to walk on my leash. I'm good with: Some Other Dogs   Young Children   Older Children   Men   Women Date of birth Oct 2018December 27, 2025, 2:59 pm
