This young pup is one year of age and is a graduate of the Paws Behind Bars program, where she learned all the skills she needs to be a fantastic companion. Sasha is friendly, playful, and always up for an adventure. Her tail is always wagging, and her cheerful personality is sure to bring a smile to your face. Sasha is also affectionate and loves nothing more than a good cuddle session. With her bright and happy spirit, Sasha is ready to be your loyal friend and bring joy to your life. Story
Rouseaux (roo-so) turned 1 7/23, he is a purebred Catahoula that we have had since he was 8 weeks old. He is NALC registered and neutered. He’s done 3 weeks of training at a board and train facility and knows sit, down, place, leave it, wait, stay (though still needs work). He’s very high energy and needs room to run. He is ok with my kids however he has growled at my 8 year old when she bothers him while asleep and when she tried to take a food wrapper from him.He does not do well with other male dogs, to insure his and other dogs safety I will not let him go to a home with another male dog. Female dogs he does fine with at doggie daycare. On walks he is very territorial and does not like people walking up to him/us. He’s extremely protective of my kids, but I have a 3 year old who he accidentally hurts often while playing (runs him over etc). He’s bored and needs more than I can do; walks, training and weekly doggie daycare it’s just not enough.
