Story
We rescued Meleys from the local shelter 3 years ago. Not much was known of her before she arrived at the shelter other than she was guessed to be around a year old. She is a very smart dog. Only took about two weeks to house train her. She can get moody at times and will take her sweet time listening to you. She loves new people and can get a little over excited but will calm down after she gets her attention. She absolutely loves the outdoors. Rain or shine, hot or cold she just loves the outside. This is why we must rehome her. A loss of job has forced us to move into an apartment instead of the house we are currently in. She will be horrible if she is confined to a smaller place without a yard to run in. This with the loss of income has made it so that we can’t give her the home she deserves. She did take apaquel for skin allergies but we have fallen behind on it and her shots. We have kept up with flea and tick prevention but that is all. Rehome fee is negotiable.

Meet Pillow! She’s a sweet, lovey dog who is ready for her cuddle buddies. She had a litter, the puppies are now gone and she’s looking for a home of her own. She’s great with dogs and kids. She’s crate and house trained. Pillow is about 50lbs and 3-4 years old. Shes got plenty of energy to hike, be out and about on the go and be an active family member but then she’s able to chill out and relax as well. She’s a wonderful mix of both worlds. All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home. We require an approved application to meet any of our dogs. We do not have a shelter location and will not arrange a meeting without an approved application. We strive to make sure the bios provided for our dogs are complete and accurate; we do understand that mistakes happen, however, so if you absolutely cannot find the answer to your question in the dog's bio, you can contact us for more information. We require a home visit for each dog we adopt out, so we adopt within a 2 hour radius of Dayton, OH. Meet Sprig! Sprig is a 3 month old Catahoula Leopard Dog puppy with a curious little spirit. He loves being out in the backyard taking in all the smells and investigating every leaf and stick. He’s clever little guy busy learning all the important puppy skills. (and is already doing wonderfully sleeping quietly in his crate at night!) Sprig loves making friends with dogs both big and small, and after a good play session, he’s happiest curled up close to his people for cuddles. Rocky is an owner surrender due to unable to care for him. He is a big big baby who is content yo sit with you and let you pet/rub him.
