Meet Sophia! Amazing 2 year old mama of 9 beautiful pups who is house trained, good with dogs and cats and has amazing manners. Sophia is described as her foster mom as a dream come true! She is completely house broken, gets along with other dogs and cats and is a gentle and quiet soul. Sophia can be a bit shy but after a short stay with her foster she is now a velcro dog that follows her humans around. Her dream home is one where her new family knows she needs time to build trust and will giver her that time to get her bearings. She gets along with kids but younger children may be too much energy for her. Sophia is good in the car but needs a little motivation to get and out and is great on the leash once she knows and understands its time for a walk. Meet Pillow! She’s a sweet, lovey dog who is ready for her cuddle buddies. She had a litter, the puppies are now gone and she’s looking for a home of her own. She’s great with dogs and kids. She’s crate and house trained. Pillow is about 50lbs and 3-4 years old. Shes got plenty of energy to hike, be out and about on the go and be an active family member but then she’s able to chill out and relax as well. She’s a wonderful mix of both worlds. All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home. We require an approved application to meet any of our dogs. We do not have a shelter location and will not arrange a meeting without an approved application. We strive to make sure the bios provided for our dogs are complete and accurate; we do understand that mistakes happen, however, so if you absolutely cannot find the answer to your question in the dog's bio, you can contact us for more information. We require a home visit for each dog we adopt out, so we adopt within a 2 hour radius of Dayton, OH. I'm a happy girl with a big smile, a bigger heart, and a serious love for toys. If it squeaks, rolls, or bounces, I'm already obsessed. My favorite game in the world? Fetch! I could chase a ball all afternoon, and I'll always bring it back (well... most of the time). But when the adventures wind down, I've got a soft, cuddly side too. I love curling up next to my favorite people, toy still close by, soaking up all the affection I can get. Meet Patty Melt! Patty Melt is about 7 years old and a 50 pound female Catahoula mix. She is blind but learns to navigate her surroundings very well. Patty Melt loves her people. She can be slow to warm up to strangers and needs a good sniff first, but once you’re approved she’s all love and belly rubs. She is content to hang out all day and sleep, snore, and play with toys. She happily sleeps in her crate, and does not cause any trouble left alone in the house out of the crate. Patty Melt is currently being fostered in Columbus, Ohio. She would do best in a home without young children or fur siblings. She is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on all vaccines and preventions.
