Story
Hello everyone!! Thor here! And yes, I’m just as strong and independent as my namesake—though instead of a giant hammer, I carry a giant heart! I’m a happy, playful pup who loves to run, play, and stay active. I bring energy and excitement wherever I go, and I’m always up for a fun adventure! Because I’m such a smart boy, I’ll need consistent training and enrichment to help me be the best version of myself.Housebroken? Yep! I was house-trained before coming to the shelter, but I might need a refresher in my new home.Vocal? Oh, you bet! When I get excited, I love to let everyone know!Other dogs? I like having playdates with dog friends, but I prefer to be the only pet in my home—I like my space all to myself!Kids? I previously lived with older children and did great with them!If you’re looking for an active, fun-loving pup with a big heart (and an even bigger personality), I just might be your perfect match. Come meet me today—I can’t wait to find my forever home!

Story
Rosie is a super sweet and loving pup. She is three years old, and loves being outdoors or chilling with her favorite toy. Rosie is housebroken, crate trained, and just completed a three week board and train program. She did wonderful and is great in public and at home. We are heartbroken over having to rehome Rosie. Our older dog has become aggressive towards her, and so we now need to keep them separated, which is not fair to either dog. Rosie loves her humans and we want her to be able to spend time with a family. Note that Rosie is not aggressive towards other dogs. She does great in public and on walks, completely ignoring other dogs barking or walking by. But because of her current situation, she would do best in a home where she is the only dog. Rosie is fully trained and we will work to transfer training to her new family. We love this goofball and want her to have the amazing life she deserves!

Story
Introducing Hondo, the loyal and brave companion you've been waiting for! Hondo is a true good boy, showcasing his friendly nature with both people and fellow furry friends. He strikes the perfect balance between confident and respectful, making him a wonderful addition to any household dynamic. While Hondo may be a bit head shy when it comes to leashes, it's a trait rooted in his past experiences - his ears once caused him discomfort. But with patience and understanding, he's slowly overcoming this challenge. This resilience highlights his adaptable nature and willingness to grow. Crate training is a breeze for Hondo, reflecting his cooperative spirit. He's well-versed in the art of sitting and enjoys eating a peaceful meal. These traits make him a joy to train and a promising companion for both new and experienced pet owners. Hondo's ideal home is one that's lively and active, as he thrives in an environment where he can stretch his legs and engage in the joyful act of running. With a strong recall foundation already in place, he's open to further fine-tuning this skill. This warrior-dog's name is music to his ears, and he responds to it with enthusiasm. Though his recall could use a bit more polish, his eagerness to learn shines through. Hondo's adaptable and resourceful nature, coupled with his receptive attitude, make him a loyal partner for all your adventures. If you're seeking a four-legged friend who embodies both resilience and companionship, look no further than Hondo. He's ready to stand by your side and show you the depths of his affectionate heart. Don't hesitate to welcome this valiant spirit into your home! Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $400 (includes transport to your area - $50 Temporary Fuel Charge will be added)

Story
Meet Our Trio of Playful Pups! We were found living in the backyard of a vacant house, but thanks to a kind-hearted rescuer, we are now safe, warm, and ready for our forever homes! We are happy, energetic puppies who love to run, chase, and wrestle with each other. Toys are our favorite, and we can't get enough of playtime! We adore kids and other dogs, and we're always eager to share stories with our foster mom about our day. After all the excitement, we love nothing more than snuggling up on the couch for some well-earned cuddles. We have almost mastered pottying training with only a few accidents here and there. We know sit and are working on our leash skills. If you're looking for a fun-loving, affectionate pup, one of us might be the perfect match for you! Could you be our forever family?
