Story
www.pet-tender.com/adoptionform.htm   Moo Moo is a shy but sweet dog.  She will need a home that has dog experience and is willing to give her some decompression time and love.  If given the time, she is a wonderfully, quiet and mellow girl with a playful side.   She would love to have another companion to help with her confidence and her playfulness.  Please give this wonderful girl a chance but if you are not willing to put in some time and patience....she is not the girl for you.  You will not be sorry.  She is spayed , microchipped and vaccinated.   We have chosen Kuranda dog beds for our boarding facilities because they are so good for our dogs. We still don't have enough for all of our kennels. If you would like to donate a bed so another dog can sleep in proper comfort, please click here. March 18, 2024, 12:23 am

Story
*Update: Clemson & Coco have found a home. I love my dogs and this decision to rehome them is very hard. The dogs belonged to my children who have grown and moved away. I am out of the country for 2 to 6 months at at time for mission work. It is becoming more difficult to find someone to take care of the dogs for such long durations. Holly is a rescue dog who came to us as a puppy in 2012. She is a Catahoula mix(unknown). She is very gentle with children and faithfully stays by the side of anyone who is sick. Sasha is a rescue dog who came to us in 2013 I think. She is a Catahoula, very playful, and is a natural hunter. Holly and Sasha are also trained to use a doggie door and they are accustomed to Petsafe wireless fence.

Story
Meet Cuervo! Age: approx 2-3 years. Breed: catahoula/bully mix Size: est 50-55lbs. Training: crate and leash trained, doing well with house training. He lived on a chain before his rescue so he will need guidance. He pulls when leash walking so does best on a harness which we will send home with him. He knows sit and eager to learn more. Good with dogs/cats? Yes to dogs, no cats. Good with men/women/kids? Yes, he loves everyone! Personality: friendly, playful, but can also be laid back. Reason for rescue: abandoned at neuter clinic. He spent most of his life on a chain. Cuervo is neutered, microchipped, and current on vaccinations and preventatives. He was treated for heartworms. If you are interested in adding this sweet baby to your family, please message for an adoption application. Adoption fee: $75.May 6, 2024, 11:31 pm

Story
Sweet sweet sweet boy Behr came to us covered in white paint and infested with all kinds of parasites. He is now healthy and ready to find his forever home. He is a bit over a year old, gorgeous coloring, super friendly, good with other dogs and walks well on a leash. He currently weighs around 55 lbs. If you think this boy could be a great fit in your family, please continue to read and fill out our on line application. RECOMMENDATIONS & PROCEDURES Please note, the following are recommendations for puppies and different breeds of dogs. We will evaluate each application on an individual basis to see what is best for the dog/puppy and the potential adopter. Puppies are very fragile and not toys. We recommend children be at least six years old to be considered to adopt a puppy. Small breed dogs ( such as chihuahuas, yorkies, shih tzus , etc) we recommend children be at least eight years old. Herding, working breeds we recommend children to be at least 12 years old. Again these are recommendations. Adoption Procedures: We will travel up to two hours ( one way) to do physical home visits and we do not do virtual home visits. ( we are in Cleveland County NC) Most of our dogs come from bad situations and we want to know where their forever home is going to be. While we do not require fencing on all dogs, certain dogs that need a fenced in yard, will not be adopted unless potential adopter has one. We also adopt some dogs to people who live in apartments ( as long as the landlord approves) but not all dogs. We do not adopt to anyone under 21 years of age. We also do not feel college students are the best fit for most of our dogs. Most of our dogs again, come from bad situations and need lots of attention. Most college students have financial responsibilities and we feel need to be focused on school. Our goal is to match the dog with a family that fits the dog’s needs. We are solely focused on what is best for each dog in our rescue. These dogs have had enough moving around, dumped out like trash, and we want to ensure they find their forever home. We do require you sign a contract and if at any time you cannot continue to provide for the dog, the dog comes back to the rescue. Your first step to adoption is filling our our on line application. You will then get an automated email stating we got your application Next our adoption coordinator will be in touch either by phone or email If your references check out, a home visit will be scheduled. After the home visit is done, a meet and greet with the dog you are interested in and/or any other available dogs we have will be scheduled If the dog and you are a match, contract will be signed and you may take your new family member home. Story
This animal is NOT available through Brother Wolf Animal Rescue. This is a courtesy listing only, so you will need to contact the current owner for more information or to adopt. PLEASE CONTACT THE OWNER: text: (828) 620-8000 Moose is a happy good boy that loves to play ball and go on walks, eat and nap. He's always been good with kids. He gets excited when he sees people and wags his whole body sometimes. He's a good boy and we prefer an open adoption if possible. Most importantly he needs a home full of love and the food he likes, a yard to play in, and a couch or bed to lie on. He also likes to play tug if you let him.
