I aquired my dog from a rescue at end of September or 1st week in October, to be a companion to my German Wirehaired Pointer. I was laid off from work shortly after and although I receive a disability check money is tight. I will now have to move in with family who alredy has 2 dogs and my GWP (who came from family)would make 3 , so I have to rehome my Calhoula Moo-Moo mainly for that reason but also I am Not capable of providing the enviroment she so despertly needs, larger yard, more exercise, medical nessisities. She is very sweet,loyal ,highly energetic female 7 1/2 months old has not been fixed. She is very attention seeking and wants to be the alpha,something she has only exhibted in last 2 1/2 months and my GWP is only 3 and refuses to give it up ,so they fight. Moo barks at cats but i don't know if she likes them. I most definately feel Moo would be best suited in a home where She Is The Only Dog ,and the owner be very, very active & would include her in activies.

We love her so much & she’s the most amazing dog imaginable. Since we moved out of a house with a yard & other dogs & into an apartment with just her, she’s struggling. Her new high anxiety & loneliness is preventing our family from being able to leave the house for even a few minutes at a time, as someone has to be with her at all times. At this point, we have no other choice than to find her a new forever home. My kids feel so bound & stressed out & it’s taking a toll on our family. She needs other dogs & we can’t provide that now. She’s very intelligent & loves to say hi. She never meets a stranger, but alerts if someone’s not safe. She’s loving, protective & loyal. She’ll tell when she needs to go out, likes sleeping on her bed or ours & knows how to sit, lay, shake, high five, stay, roll over & give kisses. She knows what go night night, go potty, & knows no ma’am. She’s motivated by treats & loves boats, water, showing off her speed, tug of war, belly scratches & kids/people.

*Update: Clemson & Coco have found a home. I love my dogs and this decision to rehome them is very hard. The dogs belonged to my children who have grown and moved away. I am out of the country for 2 to 6 months at at time for mission work. It is becoming more difficult to find someone to take care of the dogs for such long durations. Holly is a rescue dog who came to us as a puppy in 2012. She is a Catahoula mix(unknown). She is very gentle with children and faithfully stays by the side of anyone who is sick. Sasha is a rescue dog who came to us in 2013 I think. She is a Catahoula, very playful, and is a natural hunter. Holly and Sasha are also trained to use a doggie door and they are accustomed to Petsafe wireless fence.
