I have had so many chances in my young life. Seriously...I was found with four siblings at about 2.5 weeks old, dumped in a box at the post office... we were so, so sick and close to death. My rescue mom really worked hard to get us healthy and LIVE. And we did! About 6 weeks later, we all got parvo..... and my rescuer was able to nurse all of us out of it! All my siblings have been adopted, and I am ready too! I am somewhat shy and will take time to settle into my new family. But I will adjust. I am best with another dog, calm and confident, because I will mirror that energy. As a gorgeous catahoula/whippet mix, I have plenty of energy and I love to play! His beautiful mom is a sweet, gentle Catahoula mix called Katya, with the most wonderful temperament. Cowboy has clearly inherited her loving nature. She has raised an exceptional litter, and every one of her puppies has been friendly, happy, and eager to make new friends. At about 11 pounds, Cowboy is thriving on three good meals a day and growing like a weed! We expect him to mature into a gorgeous 45–50-pound adult with an athletic build and plenty of energy for hiking trails, backyard games, family adventures, or simply being your faithful sidekick wherever life takes you. Cowboy is everything you hope for in a puppy. He is curious about the world, fearless without being reckless, and always ready to investigate something new. He loves to romp and play, chase toys, wrestle with his puppy friends, and then proudly come back to check in with his people.
