Story
Bleu is our 2 year and 2 month old pup! We’ve been in his care since he was around 3 months old, as we got him from a family friend who couldn’t keep the whole litter. We fell in love with his then “blue” eyes and chunky little body. He has always been a high energy pup who loves to play with his stick, go for car rides, walks, and LOVES the doggy daycare. He also has the tendency to have chill time and likes to be lazy with you during naps 😉. Bleu has been welcomed to the doggy daycare and boarding facilities where we live, so being around other dogs has never been an issue. He had a wonderful dog trainer to help with simple obedience and behavior issues he obtained soon after his neuter. He then succeeded at recall, walking correctly, and place work. He has a bit of a resource guarding issue where he will growl if you pet him while he’s eating or when he’s trying to lay down or sleep. He has some temperament with nails trims and some other cleanings but not as much with bathing.

Story
Introducing Hondo, the loyal and brave companion you've been waiting for! Hondo is a true good boy, showcasing his friendly nature with both people and fellow furry friends. He strikes the perfect balance between confident and respectful, making him a wonderful addition to any household dynamic. While Hondo may be a bit head shy when it comes to leashes, it's a trait rooted in his past experiences - his ears once caused him discomfort. But with patience and understanding, he's slowly overcoming this challenge. This resilience highlights his adaptable nature and willingness to grow. Crate training is a breeze for Hondo, reflecting his cooperative spirit. He's well-versed in the art of sitting and enjoys eating a peaceful meal. These traits make him a joy to train and a promising companion for both new and experienced pet owners. Hondo's ideal home is one that's lively and active, as he thrives in an environment where he can stretch his legs and engage in the joyful act of running. With a strong recall foundation already in place, he's open to further fine-tuning this skill. This warrior-dog's name is music to his ears, and he responds to it with enthusiasm. Though his recall could use a bit more polish, his eagerness to learn shines through. Hondo's adaptable and resourceful nature, coupled with his receptive attitude, make him a loyal partner for all your adventures. If you're seeking a four-legged friend who embodies both resilience and companionship, look no further than Hondo. He's ready to stand by your side and show you the depths of his affectionate heart. Don't hesitate to welcome this valiant spirit into your home! "Get your motor runnin'! Head out on the highway! Looking for adventure and whatever comes our way!!!" That is one pawsome song right? My name is Wanda! I am 2 year old Catahoula mix :) looking for an ACTIVE family! They say I'm a very smart cookie, that sounds amazing!!! Who doesn't like cookies?! I know sit, fetch and learning to drop it. I have doggie friends and I've met the kitties and they are ok too! I am still a little nervous with new people and sometimes like to bork at them so they know I'm there. Foster mom is teaching me so many cool things all the time. I am crate trained and I LOOOVE belly rubs! I would do great with an active family that likes to go on hikes, adventures and give me lots of chewy toys and stimulate my growing mind! If you like to have a good time like me, have your people get with my people and let's get this pawty started!!! Local (Texas) adoption fee is $200 Out of state (Transport) adoption fee is $400 (includes transport to your area)

Story
I have had so many chances in my young life. Seriously...I was found with four siblings at about 2.5 weeks old, dumped in a box at the post office... we were so, so sick and close to death. My rescue mom really worked hard to get us healthy and LIVE. And we did! About 6 weeks later, we all got parvo..... and my rescuer was able to nurse all of us out of it! All my siblings have been adopted, and I am ready too! I am somewhat shy and will take time to settle into my new family. But I will adjust. I am best with another dog, calm and confident, because I will mirror that energy. As a gorgeous catahoula/whippet mix, I have plenty of energy and I love to play! Fetch and chase games are my favorite . I am adoptable in Texas, I need to meet my family and you need to meet me! Local adoption fee is $250 (in TX)

Story
Timber was acquired from a household that was not giving him the attention and care that he needed. He comes all the way from Detroit, MI. He is about a year and a half old. He loves people so much and he loves to play! I was told he was raised around other dogs and gets along well with other dogs. Due to him not knowing when his next meal would come, he has shown resource guarding. The dogs he’s with now are selective so he’s being kept separately. He is a big lap dog and wants to be close to cuddle. You can see in all the pictures listed his tail is constantly a blur as it never stops wagging. He knows basic commands and is crate trained. He loves his crate and it will be sent with him as well as all supplies needed. He is just the sweetest most handsome boy. I am looking for a home to give him safety and all the love that he deserves. He will make a great addition to any size family. He has so much love to give!

Story
Cody is an amazing 6 year old dog with a sweet, loyal personality. He’s the perfect mix of playful and cuddly. He loves playing fetch and catching frisbees outside. At home, Cody is calm and well-behaved. He sleeps a lot, loves to cuddle, and will happily sneak into bed with you if he gets the chance. He is a great guardian of the house, always alert but never destructive. Cody is: House-trained and never has an accident He is fully trustworthy in the house Good with other dogs Great with older kids, but uneasy around toddlers and small children, which is sadly why we need to rehome him. He deserves a loving home with adults or older children who can give him the affection and outdoor fun he thrives on. If you are looking for a loyal companion with a big heart, Cody is the perfect fit for your family.
