Hello friends, I`m Merle, a 2-year-old Catahoula Dog. I came in as a country stray and I`m ready to put my walking shoes to rest. I do have a great start with my manners as I know how to walk on a leash and I know sit. I`m curious, friendly but not too interested in playing. I do have heartworms but please do not let that dismay you in adopting me. Heartworms are treatable and there are several different options. Raven does have heartworms, but do not let that be a deal breaker with this girl. Heartworms are easily treatable and there are multiple plans that are affordable. Damon was found by my daughter. He is a sweet puppy with a gentle personality. His only downsides are that he is a puppy. He has not been potty trained, he loves to run, and he chews when he is lonely. My daughter refused to potty train him or clean up his mess. She was told to potty train him or get rid of him. She took option C and moved out while leaving him behind. I'm disabled and unable to train him myself. He was taken to obedience training and has a lifetime free training touch up that comes with him. He deserves much better than he has gotten.
