Winnie is pure joy wrapped in a smart, sassy, confident little package. She is wicked intelligent, loves to work and perform, and genuinely thrives when she’s learning something new. Smart as a whip and always thinking, Winnie is the kind of dog who keeps you smiling—and on your toes. She is playful, outgoing, and full of personality. Winnie loves engagement and connection and shines brightest when she has a job, a game, or a challenge to focus on. Training is her happy place, and she takes real pride in figuring things out and doing them well. Confident and curious, Winnie approaches life with enthusiasm and heart. She is fun, expressive, and deeply rewarding for someone who enjoys an interactive, intelligent dog and wants a true partner. Winnie would thrive in a home that appreciates her brain, drive, and zest for life. With the right family, she is going to be an absolute star.

Story
Cowboy had a fragile start. He was found lying in the dirt with his umbilical cord still attached, and it was assumed his mother had rejected him, so he was adopted out at just one day old. Neonates require feeding every two hours, but Cowboy received inconsistent care and his health began to decline. When Ava, his mother, and the rest of his family came into our care, the finder asked if we could take Cowboy also-of course we said yes. He was just one-fifth the size of his siblings and got plenty of solo time at the milk bar. He soon caught up and is now healthy and thriving. Cowboy has the softest energy of all the pups. Introverted, gentle, and observant, he is not a social butterfly; but with those he knows and trusts, his playful, goofy side shines. He has been bounced around too much in his short life and deeply craves safety and stability. Cowboy deserves a calm, steady home where he can finally feel safe. Any family would be so very lucky to have him. This boy has my heart.

Story
Ava is a soulful, resilient, deeply affectionate dog who has been through more than any dog ever should, yet her heart remains wide open. Abandoned in the desert while pregnant, Ava survived long enough to reach an organic waste facility, where she gave birth to nine puppies beneath a metal trash bin. Several did not survive. Against all odds, Ava proved to be an extraordinary mother- gentle, attentive, and devoted. That chapter is behind her now. Ava is ready for a safe, stable home where she can finally exhale and be someone's steady companion (and she will). I am a professional dog trainer and behaviorist, and Ava is one of THE most remarkable dogs I have ever known. She is highly attuned, loyal, and joyful despite her past. Her favorite place is simply near her person. Ava thrives with calm, confident humans who value structure, routine, and emotional steadiness. She is selectively social with dogs and has high prey drive, so a home without cats or small animals is best.
