Abandoned in the desert while pregnant, Ava survived long enough to reach an organic waste facility, where she gave birth to nine puppies beneath a metal trash bin. Several did not survive. Against all odds, Ava proved to be an extraordinary mother- gentle, attentive, and devoted. That chapter is behind her now. Ava is ready for a safe, stable home where she can finally exhale and be someone's steady companion (and she will). I am a professional dog trainer and behaviorist, and Ava is one of THE most remarkable dogs I have ever known. She is highly attuned, loyal, and joyful despite her past. Her favorite place is simply near her person. Ava thrives with calm, confident humans who value structure, routine, and emotional steadiness. She is selectively social with dogs and has high prey drive, so a home without cats or small animals is best.

I adopted her from one of my friends family members whose dog had a litter when she was just a baby. I’ve taken care of her for the last year and a half and she’s been nothing but a sweetie the entire time, she loves to run and play and is very friendly with other animals. Her biggest thing is she loves attention from people and just hanging out, she’s very timid indoors and spends most of her time in our backyard. I really don’t want to give her up but all of my roommates and I are firefighters and our schedules are getting very demanding lately and im worried that it’s going to get to the point where nobody will be home to take care of her and it’s hot out. She just deserves better than what i can offer her right now unfortunately

Arena is a sweet, affectionate, energetic dog looking for a loving home through no fault of her own. She was adopted from Animal Friends of the Valleys in Wildomar, CA by my stepdad, who sadly passed away in January 2025. My mother has cared for her since then, but due to health issues, she can no longer give Arena the attention, exercise, and companionship she deserves. Arena was born April 30, 2021. She is blonde/fawn, lean, athletic, and appears to be a terrier mix. We are doing an Embark breed and health test for her future family. Arena is loving, playful, fast, and happiest near her person. She enjoys toys, running, resting in her bed nearby, and trying to sneak onto the couch. She is very friendly, sometimes overly excited, and may pull/bark on leash to greet dogs or people or chase cats. She needs patience, structure, exercise, and basic training. She is not destructive and is quiet in a crate. We love her deeply and hope to find her a safe home, not a shelter.

Peaches is 6 yrs old and has spent her whole life enjoying calm days and sunny weather here in Southern California.Unfortunately, her world was turned upside down at the end of April 2026 when her owner sadly passed away at home, and she was found by his side, no one knows how long she was there with him for.Friends have stepped in to help foster, but sadly that can’t be forever.
