Story
Her mom is Minnie and she came into rescue very pregnant ,malnourished , very matted, but extremely sweet and let us help her.
Minnie delivered 5 babies , all of which are bundles of joy and it has been a pleasure raising them , these last 10 weeks. Everyone is up to date on vaccines and has their spay/neuter appointment coming up . They know how to use a dog door , they have been trained with reusable potty pads and love to play! They do great with the other foster dogs and they are working on crate training as well.
They are loving the water and the play pools , which is awesome !
Brittany is the life of the party ! She is not scared to play with the big boys ( foster dogs ) , She stands her ground, shes is a tattle tale on her siblings and likes to try and boss her mom around ! She is very brave ! She's food motivated and very smart , she has a quick wit and picks up on things rather quickly. She thinks she is the boss at dinner time but she is learning patience very well. She has mastered the dog door and fly's in and out of that thing . Its funny to see a little cotton ball move so fast ! She does have the longer legs , but a lean build .
She loves her little greenie chews and enjoys going outside to explore. We are still working on leash training but we started working on grooming skills at 2 weeks old. Poodles need to feel comfortable and confident with baths and hair cuts , as they will have them often in their life , so we have been working on those skills, to set them up for success!
