Story
Begonia came to us from Arizona Humane Society and is just full of spunk! She does have a heart murmur requiring medication (lifelong) but is doing great currently. She loves to romp and play. She can be very sweet but also sometimes spicy in that she will nip or bite. She is bossy with other dogs so would need one that can 'hold their own' or is more submissive and will need a strong handler who let's her know who is the boss. The shelter aged Begonia around 8 and she is an 11-12 lb little potato. She is leash trained and housebroken with regular opportunities to get out and is also good in a crate. She is good with kids but can be a rough in her play so might be best with school age and up. She can also be vocal so might not work well in a condo or apartment setting. Story
Jerome came to us from PACC and he has been getting healthier and feeling better in his foster home. He was diagnosed with valley fever but is responding well to treatment and barely coughing anymore. He is estimated at 4 years old and is around 13 lbs. Jerome seems to be mostly housebroken and is learning the routine in his foster. He is good with other dogs and reserved with strangers but does warm fairly quickly. Jerome seems like a sensitive soul who has had some loss and sadness in his life. He would likely prefer a less chaotic household and we believe him to be partially deaf. Jerome does well in a crate and walks on a leash. Jerome is neutered, vaccinated and microchipped.
