Story
Doodle thinks every person and every dog was put on this earth for one reason – to be his friend and playmate. The vet said he's about 2 yrs old, but he is still very much a puppy in many ways! He weighs about 14 lbs, and has soft creamy curls with a touch of milk chocolate on his ears, down his back, and on the tip of his tail.
Doodle was abandoned through no fault of his own. No one ever taught him the basics, and he’s been trying to figure out the world the best he can. He is a bright, wiggly, happy dog who wants to learn. He's already learned a lot in his foster home, and he just needs someone patient and kind to continue. He loves treats, loves praise, and loves being part of whatever you’re doing — all great signs for a dog ready to learn new skills.
Doodle is a sweet, high-energy goofball who’s always ready for action. He loves toys, playing with other dogs (but may be too exuberant for seniors or shy dogs), outdoor adventures, indoor zoomies, and any game that involves running or showing off his silly personality. And if you’re into competition, he would excel at agility training.
He’d thrive with an adopter who enjoys activity, understands that training is part of the journey, and can help him channel his enthusiasm into good habits. After the fun is over, he’s all about cuddles and affection, and lots of kisses!
Doodle is a great dog, and a total lovebug who just wants to be someone’s best friend.
