Story
Rocco and Gino will be 7 on August 17th. We got them at around 14 weeks old. We had them shipped to NJ from a Cavapoo breeder in Kansas in 2019. Separating them really isn’t an option for me. They are very well tempered dogs. Never ever aggressive. They are house trained and crate trained. They love running outside together. So a nice yard would be wonderful. They are referred to as “cuddle cavapoos” and in fact love to love. They are groomed every 4-6 months and up to date on vaccines.

Story
Cooper is a good dog but would be better with a single owner and less pets. We have a lot of farm Animals and he seems unhappy and overwhelmed by it. He has gotten very shy at times and only wants to be around his one person here more and more, which is not possible.

Story
Meet Lucy a sweet Shi tzu Maltese mix? Before you consider applying for her, please read her full description, as she has specific needs and requirements. Lucy came to us in an extremely emaciated condition. She was skin and bones, and based on her behavior and condition, we believe she was kept in a crate for most of her early life. Because of this, she did not get to experience a normal puppyhood or learn how to be a dog in a healthy environment. Despite her difficult start, Lucy is incredibly sweet and extremely affectionate. She loves to be with her people and would be happy to be on your lap 24/7. She enjoys playing with toys, going for walks, and interacting with her humans. After a few weeks of gaining strength and showing more of her personality, it became clear that Lucy has some specific needs to ensure a successful transition into a permanent home. She is currently showing signs of separation anxiety and will bark when left alone, so a home where someone is present most of the time would be ideal. She is still learning crate training and housebreaking. Lucy is a wonderful dog and cute as a button, but she will chew almost anything within reach, including furniture, if she is left unsupervised or under-stimulated. Because of this, we have established the following requirements for her adoptive home: A securely fenced yard is required. Preferably another playful dog in the home to help her burn energy and continue learning appropriate social behavior. No cats, as she is not suited to living with them. An adopter who will commit to giving her plenty of daily exercise and mental stimulation, to help manage her chewing and other destructive behaviors. Lucy is currently in a foster home where her foster family has been working diligently on crate training, housebreaking, managing her separation anxiety, and improving her behavior around other dogs. She has made significant progress, but she will need an adopter who is willing to continue this training and provide consistent structure and patience. She can become very excited when she sees other dogs and may bark uncontrollably until she is allowed to meet them. This is also being actively worked on in her foster home, but it is something her future adopter must be prepared to manage and train through. If you feel you can meet these requirements and are ready to continue helping Lucy grow into the best version of herself, we would be happy to speak with you. If you have any questions or would like more information about Lucy, please let us know. Email us at pawdazzlepet@gmail.com Thank you for considering giving Lucy the loving, committed home she deserves.
