Please help us rehome our 1 3/4 year old dog Kai. Moving & we don't want to take her to a shelter.Kai is 45# black & tan female mutt w/ cattle dog.She is a wonderful companion who is:Smart & curious - wants to interact & learns new thingsEnergetic & athletic - loves to run. Will chase a ball, frisbee or stick but not her favorite thing. Does well at the dog park & LOVES to play w/ other dogs. She would make a great trained agility course dog.Good disposition - Not aggressive w/ people or dogs (but chases cats). Not nervous or afraid of fireworks.No incessant barking - will only bark if an unknown car comes up the drive but fine once she meets the person. She does bark at cats and snakes.No-destructive chewing or digging - the puppy stage is over! She does like to devour sticks outside. We give her misc. chew toys, Kongs and bones.No jumping up on people unless she is super excitedRides well in carKai needs a family or someone who has time to spend with her. Preferably a fenced in area.
