Jabba is an 8 1/2 year old, 14 lb hypoallergenic Terrierpoo rescue. Buddy is a 15 1/2 year old, 11 lb hypoallergenic Cavapoo with soft light brown hair. They are both neutered, up to date on vaccines, and housebroken. Jabba has lived with Buddy since he was 2. Jabba is very playful and loves other dogs as well as all adults. Buddy has been a family dog his whole life. This senior gentleman has lost his hearing, but that doesn’t stop him from enjoying life with Jabba and his family…he loves to curl up next to you and get some cuddling. Both dogs are well behaved and respect property and furniture. They have always been together, and would do amazing in a home with a fenced in backyard. If you've been looking for the companionship of a wonderful pet, and understand that age is no barrier to love, Ideally we would love to home these guys together, but will entertain separate homes. Story

Holly is a 3 year old cavipoo, spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, heartworm negative, and on prevention. She uses a pee pad for her business but now that she is in foster care she is learning to go outside for potty breaks. Holly was a gift for an elderly couple to get them out and about more. Unfortunately the couples health is failing and Holly needs a new home. This little girl is 17# but could stand to shed a few pounds. She is a snuggle bug and oh so sweet. She is good with kids, dogs, and cats. Thank you for your interest in a Save a Stray pet. Since we are located in Mobile, AL, this will give you the opportunity to see the pet interact with other dogs, people, and see a bit of their personality. Meet Brother Bear...... ***** Special Needs *** Tri - pod as of 4/23 Very petite and sweet... Brother Bear and his siblings were unsold from a puppymill in the midwest. We were able to secure their placement with us for adoption. Brother Bear is an 4 month old Cavapoo. That is a cross between a Cavalier King Charles and a mini poodle. He is very petite. We estimate his full growth weight to be under around 10 pounds. Brother Bear has a beautiful red coloring with small amounts of white. His curls are very tight. He is considered low shedding, but since he seems to be favoring the poodle side, he is more hypoallergenic. Brother Bear came to us with a dis located shoulder. On the operating table to fix the dis location, the vet thought his should would continue popping out. Everyone agreed the best course of action was to amuate the leg. He is fully recoveted and is doing fantastic getting around on 3 legs. We are looking to place him in a home without young kids or large dogs. He may struggle with stairs etc... for his whole life, he is considered a special needs pup due to this limited mobility he now has. Brother Bear is very friendly and confident, he loves other dogs and playing with toys. Using a wee wee pad for potty training. Meet Citrucel.... What a sweet girl.. *** Special Needs Blind Citrucel is a 11 week old female cavapoo who was pulled from a puppy mill in the midwest. We were called in to help this litter. The Mom to this girl is a black and white cavapoo and dad is a merle mini poodle. It does make her 3/4 mini poodle and 1/4 Cavalier. With this mix, she is more hypoallergenic. Citrucel is super playful and social. Citrucel is considered special needs. This sweet girl is blind, she is adjusting well in foster, but does walk into things. She adjusts very quickly to new surroundings, but in the beginning it is something that she needs to get used. We are working with our vet to make sure her hearing is ok, she will have more testing done next week. We would like to place her in a home without young kids, and possibly with another small dog that will help her adjust. She is very pretty girl... Her current weight is around 6 pounds. We estimate her full growth weight to be under 20 pounds. Citrucel is getting alot of love from our volunteers. She is a staff favorite. This poor girl would have never made it out of the puppy mill blind if we did not step up to take her. Using a wee wee pad for potty training.
