Hi, I’m Wednesday.I’m a ten-pound, six-year-old poodle mix. I was surrendered to All Paws due to no fault of my own. I’m looking for the perfect family who can give me stability and unconditional love for the rest of my life. I took the transition into the rescue hard because I’m very loyal and connected to my humans, so I really don’t want to go through this again! I’m a laid-back, sometimes opinionated girl with a soft spot for balance: a little play, a little quiet. I love to follow my humans around, just patiently waiting for your next move…And hopefully it’s to the couch to snuggle. I also enjoy walks (I’m great on a leash), lounging around, and playing with toys! I also like to roughhouse with my foster brothers sometimes! It took me a while to warm up to them, but I am slowly learning that other dogs aren’t all that bad. I would be great as your one and only princess, but if it’s the right company, I may be just as happy in a home with other dogs.I’m just hoping for someone who wants a loving, loyal companion to follow them around, brighten their routine, and smile often. I don’t need much- Regular grooming to keep my fluff fresh, a cozy place to nap, and a person to adore!I’m working on crate training and doing well, but sometimes I need a potty break during lunch time. I will require regular grooming every 6-8 weeks. This is important to help me feel comfortable and stay healthy! I’m current on vaccines and flea, tick and heart-worm prevention. Are you looking for a wonderful, sweet, fully-trained adult dog to snuggle with? Look no further - Pixel is here! Pixel is a 45 lb, 6 year old mix breed dog that we've had since adopting her at ten weeks old. She is affectionate, goofy, and loyal with a huge heart. She is fully house trained and doesn't jump up on furniture unless asked. She loves Nylabone chew toys but otherwise is not destructive in the home. We love our little miss Pix dearly, but she has some anxiety that has manifested in biting our other dog, and she doesn't do well at doggy daycare either, so she'd do best in a home without other dogs. She has never ever shown any signs of aggression towards our young children. We've never had cats so I'm not sure how she'd do with them. She would be perfect in a calm home where she could be a companion to an adult or a family with calm energy. She's so fun and chill and sweet, and just wants to spend time with her loved ones. Story
Someone reached out to me 5 years ago , they had found Chula pregnant in a dumpster and she needed a home. When I took her my life looked a lot different. Now I am a single mother living in an apartment, and I don’t have the time she needs. She has anxiety, likely from abuse she suffered. She doesn’t like being crated, and is scared of storms. Outside of that, she is so sweet and cuddly. Good with other animals and children. I love her and she deserves better.
