8 year old Yesenia is a lab x boxer looking for a home. Yesenia was surviving when kind strangers might feed her, but had to be a strong resilient girl. They suspect she may have been used for breeding and was subjected to having her tail docked. When they no longer wanted her they just left her to fend for herself. Yesenia reads people well and likes to be comforted by them. Yesenia prefers male dogs and isn’t a fan of cats. She is spayed and vaccinated, weighing a perfect 45 lbs. He’s an active boy who would do best in a home with older children and an experienced owner who can guide his training. He’s currently working on polite greetings, as he tends to show his excitement with a happy jump or two. A front-clip harness and continued training will help him succeed as he learns better leash manners. Age: 4 monthsHe`s gentle, he`s snuggly, and he`s ready to find his forever home... meet Hugo!This sweet, polite puppy has awed his former foster parent with his great manners and love for cuddling and napping. He greets new people with a happy tail and quiet confidence. He`s a soft and thoughtful pup who enjoys toys, warm indoor spaces (snow is not his favourite!), and cozy time with his humans. Hugo has lived with cats in his foster home and did wonderfully, very curious and respectful. He`s also been an excellent houseguest: he sleeps quietly in his kennel, made regular trips outside, and even began letting his people know when he needed a potty break!Like all puppies, Hugo will need continued positive reinforcement training, structure, patience, and lots of love to help him grow into the amazing dog he`s meant to be.
