She’s playful, goofy, and a little mouthy - just in that young, overexcited, still-learning-her-manners kind of way. When she’s amped up, she may use her mouth to grab at toys (or try to involve your hands in the fun), so she’ll benefit from continued training and redirection. The good news is that she's smart, eager, and very motivated to engage.
