This handsome and sweet boy is almost a year old and his dream is to be able to celebrate his first birthday with his forever family. Or, since his first birthday is right around the corner, he’d love to spend every birthday thereafter with his family.Kringle is in training classes learning even more manners and meeting new friends. He is generally excited to meet new people but can also sometimes take a bit to warm up, so it is important to take things slow. Once he is warms up, he is an affectionate, loving, and goofy boy with a lot of personality. He is mostly potty-trained (only the very occasional accident), loves food, toys, playing, and more often than not, walks like a gentleman on a leash. He currently lives with two large female dogs and has found his place with them as part of the pack. He is good with the cats he has been around. He loves his people and adores kids. In fact, he loves his people so much he has a hard time being apart from them.He is a young dog with puppy behaviors so will need training and boundaries, as well as working on his confidence, socialization, and manners. The great news is he is so food motivated and wants to please his people that he learns quickly!If you are looking for a cuddly dog whose ears flip over constantly, who has cute markings on his snoot, who loves to do things with you and is happy just spending time with you, Kringle is your boy!We require professional obedience training from a certified trainer for ALL adoptions. I LOVE TO DO THE FOLLOWING THINGS: - Go for nice long walks - Go for car rides - Eat, eat, and eat some more - I'm a lab! - Spend time in my crate, leave open and I will come and go! MORE ABOUT ME: - Lived with cats, but did get in their business often - Need your help to train me how to not be reactive to other animals when we are walking - No sense of personal space! I will climb on your lap any chance I can for your love A PERFECT DAY FOR ME A perfect day for me would include being with my favorite people playing, walking and then cuddling. Eating will always be the way to my heart (its in my lab genes). A slow feeder will help with this. After we play and then cuddle a nice long nap will be the end to a perfect day.
