Moose is a certified adventure pup. He just went on a date to Boca Reservoir, Sparks Marina and then back to his date`s house and he was the best doggo! Moose did really well at the Boca Reservoir. He and his date walked around for about 2 hours and he did really well with strangers. He is very treat motivated (which makes him super cooperative and trainable) and the guy LOVES to play fetch. At the shelter, he was tossed into a kennel, evaluated by strangers, and left completely abandoned. Feeling trapped and terrified, Remi did what scared dogs often do—he barked, cowered, trembled, and hid in the corner of his “room,” hoping the unfamiliar people would go away so he could feel safe again. Because of his fear, others passed him by. But Chihuahua Rescue Truckee Meadows stepped in and brought Remi—and his extended canine family—into safety, compassion, and understanding.
