Story
I got Rufus from the SPCA shelter in Aiken at the end of August. He's 5 years old, a great dog but has separation anxiety and would need a lot of attention and time. He only does well in a one pet household. He needs a fenced in yard and overall a better life than what I'm able to give him right now.

Story
Phoenix is a high energy pup at a little over 1 year old. We adopted her from a wonderful rescue when she was 6 months old. Her personality definitely came out when she came into our home. Phoenix will never part from food - her true love - but she is sweet & protective. She'll tear through any toy you give her, so she needs a lot of monitoring with toys. She loves her blankets. Phoenix knows a few commands that we can show/video in order to keep up with her training. She is also crate trained. Phoenix really needs a well fenced in yard (she likes digging&climbing) or a very active family that can take her with them and train her. She does well with most dogs unless she feels threatened. She may take a couple days to get used to others and her surroundings. Phoenix does very well in a harness, but tends to tear through collars quickly. The adoption fee will include a chip transfer through the rescue we adopted her from as well as all of her things (bowls, toys, crate, etc.).
