.Hi, I`m Moses, and after spending over 11 years perfecting the art of being a loyal companion, I think I`ve got this whole `best friend` thing figured out!I`m a friendly guy who enjoys meeting new people, whether they`re men or women. I love being part of the action and, if I`m being honest, I really enjoy being the center of attention! If you`re looking for a dog who wants to be involved in whatever you`re doing, I`m your guy.I love going for walks, exploring the yard, and keeping an eye out for squirrels and deer. Those little critters are just too exciting to ignore! I know commands like `sit` and `stay`...unless there`s wildlife nearby. Then, well...let`s just say I get a little distracted.I`m house-trained, walk nicely on a leash, and have great manners at mealtime. I also love toys, although I believe the stuffing belongs on the outside, not the inside! Treats are another favorite of mine, and I take them gently.I enjoy the company of other dogs and love to play, though I can sometimes be a little enthusiastic for smaller dogs who aren`t as interested in playtime as I am. I appreciate dog friends who enjoy my playful personality.I`ve spent time around children of all ages. I love to play, but because I`m a bigger, enthusiastic guy, I can accidentally knock over babies and toddlers. I also tend to be a little shy around younger children who can be rough with me, so I`d do best with a family that understands my gentle nature and respects my space.One important thing to know about me: I`m athletic enough to climb a fence, so I`ll need a securely contained yard or a family committed to supervised outdoor time.If you`re looking for a loyal, playful companion who still has plenty of spirit, loves adventures, and will happily soak up all the attention you`re willing to give, I can`t wait to meet you. I may be a senior, but my heart is still full of fun, love, and many happy years to share.My adoption fee includes up-to-date vaccinations, dewormer, and heartworm/flea prevention.
