Story
Floyd came from a terrible place. He was abandoned in a horrible feces-filled filthy house and waiting to be used as a bait dog in a highly crime-ridden area. The neighbors could hear Dino and Floyd both screaming in the night. Floyd is totally coming around and so happy to be in a safe place. He is in sanctuary and will be considered for adoption by a caring individual who is familiar with special needs animals who've survived abusive situations. Floyd is a very dignified elder gentleman. He is a deep deep auburn color we think part Chesapeake Bay Retriever mixed with Irish Setter and a little Queensland cattle dog which explains Floyd's apartment-sized weight and measurements. He's already crate-trained and settling in...very gentle and people friendly. Please give us a call if you are interested in meeting Floyd. Story
Ranger will be 3 in August. He came to us as a puppy from a person who had too many puppies. He is very sweet and loving once he gets to know you but he's shy and a bit anxious at first. He gets along with our current dog, but is not necessarily friendly to others so we recommend him going to a home where he's the only dog. He has lots of energy and will need a yard and someone who likes long walks and handing out treats :) Ranger is eager to please, treat motivated, and wants to have fun! He will need an owner who has the time and resources to commit to training and socialization in order to relieve his anxiety and make him a confident dog. If you want a sprightly pup with a sparkle in his eye and sense of humor, Ranger is your boy!

Story
I’ve had Miller since he was 6 weeks old he is 4 now as of Jan 28th which is his birthday. He has been trained in bird hunting upland/waterfowl, he may be a little rusty but quick to pick it up again he is not shock collar shy. He’s a very loving soft natured dog and has never showed any sort of aggression towards anyone or other animals. He loves all kinds of attention and is a big couch potato when it comes to movies and cuddle time, all he wants is to be there next to you and in the picture. He’s been kennel trained as well as obedience trained, you can leave him out and he’ll do nothing but walk around and wonder when youll be back. Great dog around kids, I have 2 nephews less than 4 years old and they love being around him. I’m wanting him to go to a loving household where he can play, be active, and be apart of the family and not neglected.
