With a gentle touch, Sally can grow more confident and has so much to offer in a calm, loving home. Having another dog around would really boost her confidence. She's been working on her leash walking skills and has been doing great going on daily walks, but definitely still needs someone who can continue working with her so that she can finally come out of her shell.

Hello, my name is Nutella. I was recently surrendered due to my parents no longer being able to afford their home. I lived with them for my whole 3 years of life and never met any other humans or left the house, so I didn't even know that other humans existed aside from my owners. Becuase of that, I am very untrusting and terrified of everything. I am currently in a lovely foster home and making very slow progress. Whoever adopts me will need to be exceptionally patient with me as they teach me that humans are not so scary. With enough time (3+ months) I do believe I will be a great little companion, as I was very snuggly and playful with my old owners. I did live with another dog my size previously, so maybe another friendly small dog could help bring me out of my shell. Due to my nervousness, a quiet home without children or much in and out traffic would be the best fit. Could that be you?

Axle is the son of Max, another Chihuahua we have up for adoption. They came from a home in Ga that raised chihuahuas. He is typical chihauhua. He is super shy and took a couple days to get used to me but he’s a great cuddler. I think he would do best with someone that had another dog. He feeds off of my pack. I have so many and he can blend in really well. He’s a great dog deserving of a great home.
