Dexter is a 4-year-old Chihuahua/Dachshund (chi-weenie) mix weighing approximately 26 pounds. He came to us when his owner died and he was being kept in a tiny cage. He is timid but has come a long way. He loves to play tug of war and he is very strong. He gets along with the other dogs but has not been cat or kid-tested. He is friendly and lovable when he gets to know you. His adoption donation is $250 which includes his neuter, vaccinations, and microchip. He is heartworm-negative and on monthly prevention. *We cannot guarantee the exact breeds or adult weights of pups in our rescue. Monty is one of Cocos 8 pups born Nov. 12th. Like all pups, these babies are playful, curious, affectionate, and extremely friendly, They have been wormed every 2 weeks. All puppies were spayed, neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, and given flea, tick, and heartworm prevention. Their adoption fee is $250 Applications to adopt are at kathisk9s.org Meet greets are scheduled only for approved applicants.

Rescued from the forest area, this little girl is lucky to be alive! She is timid and sweet. The good Samaritans that found her had to trap her because she was so afraid. She is doing well with love and kindness and we are working on finding her a forever family. She is young.  With adult teeth but possibly still under a year.  Bailey will need a fenced in property as she is a flight risk.  She is shy at first and scared to trust.  Once you earn her trust she is a silly girl.  She ADORES cats and loves to play with both dogs and cats.  She is a happy little girl but it is evident that she has not lived a happy life before coming to us.  Every new noise, anything new that you introduce her to scares her.  She will need an understanding home. ##2345741##

Hello, I am Chispita, which is Spanish for "little speck" since I am a petite and dainty girl. I was originally found as a stray by my owner and then my owner had to move out of the country, so now I am here. I am in a wonderful foster home that has reported that I get along well with both cats and other dogs and I am fully housetrained! I am very laid back and like to just hang out with my people. I can be a bit timid meeting strangers, but once I am given a bit of time to warm up, I am sweet as pie!
