Elegant enough to wear pearls yet earthy enough to happily play with her 10-month-old foster sister, Ethel has plenty of spunk for her age—especially when it comes to playtime and making her opinions known with a good bark.   She’s a big fan of treat time and bedtime, kennels politely as long as she has her beloved blanket to burrow under, and is fully house trained with a doggie door. Ethel is the kind of dog you bring home to love on and snuggle endlessly. Meet Blackie, he a loving and loyal companion who thrives with the right attention and care. He is a well-behaved dog who just needs a bit of extra love and time to truly shine. I would prefer that he go to a home with no other pets as he is a very jealous dog. We have had him since birth but Unfortunately, due to financial constraints, I can no longer afford to keep him. With the right owner, Blackie will be a wonderful addition to a home with no children, and room to run, he also don't like being kenneled and i will honestly say he is a spoiled. Im sure he will bring joy and companionship to those around him. If you're looking for a furry friend who has the potential to be an amazing pet, Blackie would be the perfect choice.

We are guessing Sydney to be around 14 years old and she weighs 4lbs. She is easy going, happy to lay with her person or in a dog bed. Good with other animals too. She doesn't have any teeth and a bum right rear leg. It doesn't slow her down! Otherwise she is pretty healthy for her age according to bloodwork. She needs consistency with housetraining or she will have accidents. Someone is going to be lucky to love this girl for the rest of her senior years... She is located in the Wichita, KS area. She will require a fenced in yard as she likes to sunbathe on nice days. We do REQUIRE adopters to have other pets current on vaccinations and heartworm preventive! We found August up walking the streets on Topeka and we took him in. Unfortunately he has already spent a year with us without being successful in finding his forever home. He’s a great dog, has never fought or gotten aggressive with other dogs. We did get him vaccinated last year, he is a great cuddle buddy but unfortunately we can no longer afford to keep him with us. He’s could possible have some trauma if he hears someone yelling or arguing because he hides always under our couch if anyone is arguing or just possibly talking really loud. His age is unknown but the vet did say he is an adult for sure, he also doesn’t bark unless he needs to be taken out sometimes he will bark at the door.

🐱🐱Cat-friendly 🐱🐱 It’s that time of year: lap dog season! 🎉🎉 What’s the best way to celebrate? With your own personal lap dog, of course. And Angel is your guy. He is a 6-year-old, under-10-pound Chihuahua who loves to cuddle and likes belly rubs. And right there on your lap is where both of those things should take place, Angel thinks. Or, he can just do some good, old-fashioned snoozing. Maybe both of you can do that one…don’t worry, we won’t tell anyone if you do. The only thing Angel likes as much as being on your lap are TREATS. He is totally food-driven (us too, Angel!) and loves a treat, or even the potential of a treat – that bag-crinkling noise in the kitchen sure sounded promising. Better check it out! He listens really well when there’s a treat involved. He gets along well with people, other dogs, and even the kitty-cats. He’ll play with other dogs and have some fun. He likes to spend time outside too, and he walks well on a leash, so that’s the perfect combination. Work off your treats with a little movement, and then get back to that favorite chair. Angel knows he is expected to do his business outside, and he does just that. At night, Angel sleeps under the covers with his person. If you’re starting to think that Angel might be a little confused as to whether he’s a human or a dog, you’re not wrong, LOL. He is house trained and crate trained, neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. He’s also current on heartworm preventative and flea/tick prevention.
