He was sprung from the municipal shelter and brought to Home of Misfit Pets. He got bloodwork (which was great), a dental (all teeth still there and clean), and a Proheart shot. He's HW- and incredibly sweet. Due to his tiny size, he does not belong in a home with small children. He yells at cats and strangers.

Mugsie is an amazingly sweet and friendly dog, despite his traumatic start in life. He is not scared of humans and comes when he sees his foster family. He loves to get his ears, back and stomach rubbed and just relaxing. He is super friendly with other dogs, is quickly learning to walk on a leash and is progressing nicely with potty training. He really enjoys a little nap outside. He is crate trained and sleeps all night in his crate. He rarely barks and if you are trying to find him, check the sofa back! You’ll likely find him sitting up there watching all the activity in the house.
