His owner had 2 strokes. He is FULLY vetted, ready for a loving home, a little shy at first & will really benefit from more social activities. Spanx is participating in the cell dog program which is where the dog stays at the prison with a dog handler working on basic obedience and house, crate, and leash training. It’s an amazing program!
