Connie is a 5 year old chihuahua mix. She has had a very hard life before being rescued from a hoarding situation. She is a sweetheart with those she trusts but needs time to warm up to new people. She is generally a calm dog but will occasionally get the zoomies. She is good with cats and good with other respectful dogs, although she sometimes gets jealous. Connie would thrive in a calm household with patient adopters who will give her lots of time to adjust Connie is being fostered in the Walla Walla WA area!

...PJ came to our facility after being picked up by Animal Control in Kennewick alongside Asha, Mildred, and Shadow.PJ currently weighs about 18 pounds and is not yet neutered, so he is not available for adoption quite yet, but he is available for meet and greets!This tiny pack has been winning people over quickly with how sweet and well-mannered they are. PJ absolutely fits right in with the “please just scoop me up and love me forever” energy this whole group gives off.While the others in the group already know sit, down, and shake, PJ appears to have missed the “shake” lesson somewhere along the way—but he is still every bit as charming.His history with other dogs besides the dogs he arrived with is unknown, and his history with cats is also unknown. Meet and greets are required with any dogs currently in the home to help ensure compatibility.PJ’s adoption fee is $50. He will go home neutered, microchipped, up to date on age-appropriate vaccines, and treated for fleas, ticks, and worms.Our shelter operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Meet Sven! Born October 4, 2015 Sven is a male chi/terrier mix who is great with cats, kids and other dogs. He is neutered, up to date on vaccines and microchipped. Sven’s foster mom describes him as a loyal, happy and healthy dog who would be a great addition to any family. He sleeps in his foster mom's room but on his own bed. He is still working on his potty training-it wasn’t a focus in his former home so he still has accidents. Sven’s best fit home is one that will have patience for training and one who appreciates a dog that likes nothing more than being with his person.
