Please note that this dog is currently located in TX and will be transported once adopted. Our application can be found at haydudeequine.org. 🐾 Meet Vaquero! 🤠 **Rat Terrier Mix • Born May 15, 2026 • 7 lbs of pure puppy perfection** ### Here's what the humans have to say about me: Please note that we are a foster-based rescue in TX. All of our dogs reside in foster homes in TX. We transport them to new states once adopted. **ALL ADOPTERS MUST BE 21+.** Our adoption application can be found at **haydudeequine.org**. Now that we've gotten the boring human stuff out of the way… **HI! I’M VAQUERO!** 🐶 I may weigh only 7 pounds, but I have apparently decided that I need to fill every available inch of your heart, your lap, and possibly your home. I am a **Rat Terrier mix puppy**, which means I come with an impressive combination of adorable, playful, curious, and just the right amount of *“What’s that?! I MUST INVESTIGATE!”* 😂 I love wrestling with my brothers, chasing toys, exploring everything I can possibly find, and generally making sure nobody in the house gets too comfortable. I believe puppies should be busy. There are toys to chase! Things to sniff! Brothers to tackle! But after all that important puppy business, I am very happy to clock out and report for **snuggle duty**. ❤️ Give me a warm lap and a cozy spot, and I will happily curl up in your arms for a nap. I am basically a tiny adventure buddy who comes with a built-in cuddle setting. I'm also doing **really well with my potty training** and am eager to keep learning. I'm a smart little guy, and with a family willing to keep teaching me, I'm going to make an excellent companion. I get along wonderfully with **dogs of all sizes** and do well with **cats**, too. I love people, I love adventures, I love playtime, and I REALLY love being loved. So whether you're looking for a hiking buddy, a playmate, a couch potato, a professional snuggler, or someone who will make you laugh approximately 47 times a day… **Vaquero has submitted his application for the position.** 🐾 I'm small right now, but I've got a **BIG personality and an even bigger heart**. All I need now is a forever family to grow up with. **Come meet me. I have a feeling we're going to be best friends.** ❤️

Story
Meet Tigger, a tiny grey Chihuahua puppy with a whole world of adventures waiting ahead of him! Watch his video and fall in love: https://youtu.be/9L-g-mx29a0?si=6dcsFm86NeHPIhhB At just 6 weeks old and around 3 pounds, Tigger is still very much in the baby stage of life. He’s busy discovering what this big, exciting world is all about, learning new things every day and slowly growing into the adorable little personality he’s meant to become. At this age, every experience is an adventure! Tigger is learning how to play, explore, interact with his puppy friends, and soak up all the love and attention that comes his way. He’s still figuring out his favorite toys, favorite activities, and exactly what kind of little Chihuahua he wants to be—and that’s part of what makes puppyhood so special. Tigger has the sweetest little puppy face and a soft grey coat that makes him absolutely irresistible. But while his looks are already charming, his personality is still unfolding. Each day brings a little more confidence, curiosity, and character as he learns about the world around him. Like any 6-week-old puppy, Tigger will need a family who understands that he is just getting started. He’ll need plenty of patience, guidance, socialization, playtime, naps, and—of course—a whole lot of love. He’s at the perfect age to begin learning what it means to be a beloved family member and to grow into a happy, confident companion. There is something incredibly special about watching a puppy discover life for the first time. Tigger is at the very beginning of his journey, and his future family will have the wonderful opportunity to help shape the amazing little dog he becomes. If you’re looking for a tiny Chihuahua companion to grow, learn, explore, and make countless memories with, Tigger is ready to start his next chapter. His personality may still be developing, but one thing is already certain—this little guy has a whole lot of love and puppy sweetness ahead of him! Story
Meet Eeyore Pooh Bear, a tiny little sweetheart with a face that will melt your heart! Watch his video and fall in love with this cutie: https://youtu.be/56Bh74RYn2s?si=ZJuTqoLUNHyoVjdL At just 6 weeks old and barely 2 pounds, Eeyore Pooh Bear is truly a pocket-sized puppy! He is at one of the most precious stages of puppyhood, where every day brings something new to discover. He is learning about the big wide world one tiny pawstep at a time—experiencing new sights, sounds, smells, people, and adventures as he slowly gains confidence and figures out who he is going to become. Eeyore is a chihuahua mix with an absolutely adorable look. He is primarily black with a sweet little white chest, the most precious floppy ears, and a face that seems to say, “Please pick me up and love me forever.” His floppy ears are especially irresistible, and paired with those soulful puppy eyes, he has mastered the art of being ridiculously cute. At this age, Eeyore is still very much a baby. His personality is developing more and more every day, and his forever family will get the incredible privilege of watching him grow from a barely-two-pound puppy into his own unique little dog. He'll need plenty of patience, positive guidance, socialization, playtime, naps, and—of course—lots and lots of love along the way. We love this stage because so much of Eeyore's story is still unwritten. We don't know exactly what his favorite games will be, what silly little habits he'll develop, or whether he'll grow up to be the cuddliest little lap dog, the funniest little sidekick, or a perfect combination of both. What we do know is that he has an entire lifetime of adventures ahead of him. Because he is so young and so tiny, Eeyore's forever family will need to understand that bringing home a puppy this little is a commitment to helping him learn and grow. He'll need continued socialization, training, structure, and plenty of opportunities to learn how to navigate the world safely. In return, you'll get to experience all those wonderful puppy firsts—first favorite toy, first big adventure, first zoomies, first successful puppy milestones, and countless sleepy snuggles in between. This tiny Chihuahua mix may be barely 2 pounds, but he has an entire lifetime of love ahead of him. With his floppy ears, sweet expression, little white chest, and impossibly tiny body, Eeyore Pooh Bear is ready to start growing into the wonderful companion he is meant to be. If you're ready to watch a tiny puppy grow into your very best friend, Eeyore Pooh Bear may be waiting for you. Ready to welcome a new furry friend into your life?
