Story
Introducing Chewy! He was brought to the shelter with ID on 3/7 because he was on a journey to find his way home. Sadly, his family has not come to the shelter to reclaim him. Chewy is 12 years old and weighs a mere 19lbs. Volunteers describe him as a sweet older boy who is quiet as a mouse. He doesn't want to walk with a leash but he will if he has to. He sits when asked and he may know a little more. He is a handsome fellow! Wouldn't you agree? He is a golden boy who does not deserve to be in a loud, overcrowded shelter. He would prefer to be in a loving, quiet home to spend the rest of his remaining years happy and loved. He just wants to be held and carried around. We do know that he is house trained, great with kids, and dog & cat friendly. Perfect little guy! Please take some time and visit with him in Run 319; his ID is 8570. He is waiting for you! Please help him find his way out of the shelter and into your heart, home and family.
Chewy is current on vaccines, neutered and microchipped and tested negative for heartworms. Which is awesome news for Chewy! Please take some time and schedule to meet this awesome kiddo and get to know him a little better. Chewy is probably what you have been looking for all this time. He is patiently waiting for him forever family to save his life.
