Snuggles is the most outwardly loving of the three sisters—warm, cheerful, and always excited to share cuddles. She came in alongside her sisters, Senora Bubbles and Senora Littlebit, and they all share the same gentle, grateful nature. Snuggles recently had a full dental, and she also has a heart murmur that’s monitored by her vet. She takes a simple preventative heart medication and does wonderfully with it.     Bruce Barrow is a 6-year-old, 11.5 pound, small mixed breed (maybe Min Pin - Chihuahua - terrier?) whose soft spirit makes him impossible not to love. He came to AAU rescue a bit underweight, and should fill out to around 14 pounds with steady meals and kindness.   Shy at first meeting, Bruce is the kind of dog who watches the world carefully before deciding it’s safe. Give him a little time, and his whole demeanor transforms. Once he trusts you, he becomes sweet, gentle, and oh-so-affectionate. Pick him up, and he just melts right into your arms like he’s been waiting his whole life for a person to hold him close.   Bruce Barrow would thrive in a calm, patient home that understands the magic of slow introductions and soft encouragement.
