Story
He is a purebred Chinese Crested hairless dog at 17 lbs (as a Chinese Crested, he has specific bathing/grooming needs). He has lived with us for 7 months, one child has become very allergic and has asthma. Laslo just turned 5; he is very healthy. He has been kept up to date on all vaccines and flea/tick/heartworm prevention. He eats both wet and dry food fine, even though he has mostly baby teeth. Per vet: teeth are healthy, not many adult teeth. Laslo is fairly low energy, but loves to go on walks, cuddle and snooze. He is good on a leash but he is a bit of a diva and dislikes the rain or snow. He is scared of cats, so will keep a respectful distance if they live in the house. Anxious in car rides. His original owner hand fed him as a puppy and treated him as a human baby. He became very attached to his original owner, started resource guarding her 2 yr old =a few bites. He has not tried to bite anyone in our home. He may thrive as the only dog in his new home.

He’s affectionate and likes being near his humans, but also benefits from clear boundaries and routines. Quirks and Special Traits Poppa has an expressive face that could melt anyone’s heart. His big, bright eyes always seem to say, “What’s next?” He’s adventurous, clever, and always up for a good time. Current Location: East Berlin, PA Annie is a tiny, outgoing sweetheart with a big personality packed into a little body. She is four months old and weighs about five pounds, a brindle dachshund chihuahua mix with classic low rider charm. She is confident, affectionate, and full of sparkle. Annie loves being close to her people. She happily curls up for belly rubs and wants to be wherever the action is, but she also settles nicely and sleeps quietly in her kennel at night. She will let you know when she wants something, then relaxes just as quickly once her needs are met. She does great with other dogs and comfortably ignores cats. Annie enjoys her dog siblings but would also be perfectly happy as an only pet soaking up attention. She has done extremely well with potty training and is nearly fully litter box trained, yes dogs can do that. Annie would thrive in many types of homes. A fenced yard would be fun but is not required. What she truly wants is love, routine, and a lap to claim as her own. She is a joyful little companion who will bring smiles, cuddles, and personality wherever she goes.
