Tig is fairly new to Bonaparte's Retreat and the best way we can describe her so far as twinkly and sparkly-she is just adorable! She had some skin issues we had checked out but is doing much better and we think her previous owner didn't know how to care for her particular skin type as a Chinese Crested because she is doing much better with her foster! She was an anxious little thing but is warming up and does still have some car anxiety that would need to be worked on so she feels safe and secure. She is very snuggly and sweet and will  make someone a great friend!May 5, 2025, 3:09 pm

Hi everyone, my name is Sugar and I'm good boyl! I'm obedient and love to go on walks. My current foster mom found me and my sidekick/girlfriend, Charlotte :). I'm about 3 years old and she is 8-9. Our former owner could no longer care for us.. I was very, very sad, but have received lots of love from my foster family. Charlotte is very attached to me and we would love to stay together in our forever home. Can you please take us both together!? We are each other's only constant at this juncture in our lives :( We seem to both do well with kids. I'm less patient with other pets, I mean, why do I have to share my attention with anyone other than Charlotte/? We LOVE going for walks!!! Our foster mom sometimes takes us 3x a day, but we at least need our morning walk and walk before bedtime. We are not scared of thunderstorms either and we are really well behaved. Because I'm older, I don't really get the zoomies too much, but if you say "let's dance" I'll jump for treats. Other favs: snacks, pup cups, car rides, belly rubs. I like to burrow under the covers and admittedly sometimes have had accidents inside - I just need encouragement to go outside if i haven't been on a walk in awhile. We are an "opposites attract" kind of couple looking for that family who LOVES OPPOSITES :) We will fill your couch and your heart with love and dedication, to you and to each other!!! Attributes Crate Trained House trained Aside from our walks we do not need an active lifestyle, we're very chill. Local adoption fee (together) is $350 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee (together) is $700 (includes transport to your area)

Ready for a new friend? Meet Honey! Honey is a sweet dog, just like her name she is oozing with affection and love. She is a very medium/small sized beagle/chi mix, she is housebroken and likes to let people know when she needs to go out by pawing at your legs. Loves to cuddle with you, she can be a velcro dog sometimes and will make your couch her permanent home!. Honey doesn't like to share her affection with others and is adoptable into a single dog/animal home. She does tolerate the foster mom's kitties but honestly she would really love to be the center of someone's life. She has MORE than enough love and devotion to fill your heart every day. She is crate trained. She loves to sleep in the bed too! If you are looking for the yin to your yang, the bread to your jam or the pup to your life... HONEY is the ONE!!!! Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $400 (includes transport to your area - $50 Temporary Fuel Charge will be added)

Now, don't tell me you don't remember Fred and Ginger, his ginger haired dance partner ;) If you are a millennial you may not but the REST of us do!! SO, where was I?? Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers are such awesome namesakes for us... we are ATTACHED at the hip to each other and we operate in dance like moves when we are together.... so YES we are a BONDED pair of cuties!! We are lanky chis, most likely Min Pin/Chi mixes with the long and elegant legs and sweet, playful personalities. Ginger is more reserved and shy than her boyfriend Fred. They need to stay in TX because transport would be hard on them. So you have definitely learned some about us... we are young and teeny weeny :) yes that is a word!! We are learning all the home stuff, like leash training, crate and house training and we have excelled at all!! So if you are looking for a lap pup and one that will be one someday.. we are YOUR PUPS!!! Adopt us together and get double the love for LIFE!!! Local adoption only, together $400 (in TX)
