Wookie was surrendered by his breeder along with his siblings after she received a cancer diagnosis. Her adult animals were fixed before the puppies were pulled from her home. He has grown up in rescue with his siblings and is the last to be homed. They were all beautiful amazing animals who have done wonderful in their families. Wookie loves to be with people and is very affectionate.

Hi, I`m Bilbo Waggins! I`m about 5 years old and weigh 70 pounds.** I still need to be neutered so when my forever family decides to adopt me, I will be placed on hold. Then you can come pick me up after my surgery. **Dogs? I haven`t had a chance to meet any dogs at the shelter yet. I`ve been a bit sassy when other dogs walk by me. Please bring all dogs in the home to meet to see how we hit it off.Cats? My history is a mystery. Slow, supervised introductions would help set us up for success.Kids? I`d like to start out meeting kiddos old enough to be respectful of me. 10+I came into the shelter as a stray and the above information is all recommendations based on my behavior seen at the shelter. I have no known history. Expect to learn more about me after adoption.It is unknown how this animal will do in their new home as all animals can be different with each person. It is important to take this into consideration when thinking about adopting and making sure you are prepared to work with any potential medical or behavior issues that occur after adoption.My adoption fee includes my spay/neuter, current vaccinations, permanent microchip identification, certificate for a free veterinary exam, post-adoption support and more!Thank you for taking the time to learn a little about me!
