Story
2 year old Luna was living in a field for a while when neighbors tried to catch her but could not succeed. She will stop by to say hello to the dogs who were on walks, but was very hard to trap. When the heat in Texas reached 90, Luna started coming around to a home she chose and allowed being petted. The owner of the property was able to touch her and finally she started living inside with three kitties, and soon came to our foster home. Once in foster home, Luna turned out to be a super sweet girl, who was quiet, and shy, and loves kids. Luna does not like crates and will try to break out if she is alone. But she can stay in if someone is in the room with her. She is a typical malamute who is independent and will come to you on her terms. But once she trusts you, she will be your shadow. Luna is extremely sensitive, calm and housebroken. She loves to play fetch and will love a home with a fully fenced yard, where she gets playtime with her furever parents. Luna needs a home with a fully and adequately fenced yard. She is 65 lb, fully vaccinated, spayed, microchipped, heartworm negative and kept on heartgard and nexgard. Luna is currently in Houston, but can transport to other places to a right home. If you are interested to adopt Luna, please send a completed application via savesomesouls.com **Yards must be fully fenced to adopt our pups. No invisible fences.

Story
Sampson is a gorgeous 7yo weighing in at around 50lbs. This boy is a total lovebug! He just wants all the pets, chest rubs, and games of fetch he can handle! Sampson LOVES toys. He is still a spry pup who enjoys playing and getting attention. He takes treats gently and is very food motivated, which makes for easy training. Sampson does great on a leash and is a nice walking companion. Sampson prefers to be the only fur baby in the home, so no children, dogs or kitties for this pup. **Sampson is located in Austin, TX. Paid transport can be arranged. Transport costs range from $200-400.** If you are interested in adopting, please complete an application @ https://form.jotform.us/41173109602142. Story
Hey there! I'm Mochi, your future silly sidekick. I'm a young, energetic chow chow with a zest for life and a genuine love of other dogs. My best friend and playmate is former K9AR monarch, Tito. Playtime, puzzles, and walkies keep my busy brain happy, but nothing tops treats, road trips, and cold floors. My thick coat needs regular brushing and detangling, plus regular home grooming to look my best. Trusting a groomer will take time; they need to understand my breed's aloofness and know not to shave a chow. I was born with hip dysplasia and though my hips have healed from surgery, I'm still very wary of anyone touching them. Look, I'm 90% loyal to my special human, with 10% reserved for my most authentic self. Bringing a guy around? Nope. Husband or dad? Sorry, still no. Friends? They shall not perceive me. My attention and affection are yours... that is until you leave the front door open - then it's later days nerd! So, what's my ideal match? A solo gal who works from home or is semi-retired, with another friendly chow or playful dog in an adult-only environment where my quirks and boundaries are respected. Oh, and a sense of humor is essential! (once you've seen my evening zoomies, you'll understand) So how 'bout it - ya wanna spend, like, a lotta time getting to know each other? Mochi is a female Chow/Spitz mix with an estimated date of birth of 02/10/2022.
