DAISY is 3 years old as of 4-26-24. She's a precious people loving girl. She is good with children and adults alike. She is ok with other dogs and she likes cats. She's a lap dog and loves to be cuddled. She will go to her new home spayed, current on all vaccines, heartworm lyme tested negative and on preventives. She is microchipped. Adopter will get all her vet records with her. We require a prescren application to adopt. You can get that on our website at www.saveamuttkennel.net

Muttzarella is an 6 months old chihuahua/dachshund mix weighing 8 pounds. She came to us as an owner surrender with her brother as a result of an accidental litter. She is very friendly and affectionate and loves to be in the lap of her person! This fun-loving pup is extremely playful, gives great kisses, and loves her stuffed toys and Nylabone chews. Muttzarella needs work on all things puppy, we are working with her for housebreaking. She has a very submissive personality and will benefit from lots of positive reinforcement to help get her confidence up! She is a young puppy and very underfoot and we do encourage age-appropriate adoptions. Her adoption fee is $250, this includes her spay (scheduled at our veterinarian), age appropriate vaccines, deworming, heartworm/flea prevention and micro chipped. Her dog license is also required to be purchased for Sandusky County residents at time of adoption, which is an additional $20.75. Please visit the shelter to meet her, we show dogs Monday through Friday 1pm-4:30pm and Saturday 1pm-3:30pm. Once you have visited the shelter, you are then eligible to submit an adoption application for review. Please note, we do not offer same day adoptions and there is a $10 non-refundable application fee.Come and meet your new best friend today! The Humane Society of Sandusky County is open Monday -Friday 1pm - 5pm and Saturdays from 1pm - 4pm. Also, be sure to check us out on FaceBook!
