Meet Auggie – He is a spirited, 7 month old herding mix weighing in at 17 pounds of pure personality. He’s fully house and crate-trained, and he’s been working hard on his basic manners—he already knows “sit,” “down,” and “paw.” This little guy thrives with a patient person who can give him some time to decompress and build trust. Slow introductions to new people are a must, but once you’re “his person,” he’ll be your constant shadow—and might even share his prized toys with you. Auggie has plenty of energy and loves outdoor play, especially chasing his oversized tennis ball or engaging in a good game of tug-of-war. Because of his high energy level, he’s not a great fit for apartment living. He can also be a bit particular about his belongings, so we recommend a home with no children. If you’re looking for a loyal companion who will reward your patience with endless love, laughter, and fetch sessions, Auggie just might be your perfect match! She was malnourished, limping and in severe pain.We took Pepper to the Urgent care and they told us that she was shot with a BB and it shattered her hip (femoral head) in 10 pieces.You could literally hear her hip crunch. She was in pain and suffered this way for a long time. She was full of fleas and ticks.She had FHO surgery and is now doing great!Pepper is a 2 year old and weighs about 12 lbs. She loves to have fun and run and play with her furry friends!Pepper needs some time to warm up to strangers but with some treats she can become their best friend!! This is Stormy, our gentle giant (Mastif/Lab mix?). She came into our lives as a pet-sitting "favor" and even though our family has come to love her, we have a teeny-tiny home and two cats. She's a big country dog at heart and really needs a home with a doggie door that leads to a fenced yard. We are hoping there is a family in the Granbury area who has the space to take in this sweet old lady. She is completely deaf and very chill (mostly sleeps all day). She gets along great with cats, other dogs and kids. Hobbies include sun-bathing, hunting for things to eat in the yard, and asking for snuggles. Even though she can't hear, she only barks to be let back inside.
