Story
Hello, my name is Shadow. I'm a 3-year-old male chihuahua. I am current on my vaccines, heartworm tested, neutered, and microchipped. I am a foster-to-adopt candidate. 3 words that describe me: Shy, Gentle, CuriousWords from Shadow's foster family: Shadow is settling in really well and is becoming more comfortable and playful. He loves snuggles, belly rubs, toys, and has even become a little sock thief! He does well with strangers, loud traffic near our home, walks, and being kenneled, and his potty training has been going great with very few accidents. He is starting to play with our dog Lucy, although she has much more energy than he does. He still needs some work on basic manners and obedience, including sitting, staying and understanding the leash means "walks". Activity level/Energy Level: (1-10): 4/10Housetraining Status: With patience and consistency, I am doing well in my foster home with minimal accidents! I should do well in a home: I am required to go to a home with children 5 years and older to ensure my boundaries are respected. I should do fine with other dogs given proper introductions and time to adjust. My friends at CRHS are unsure how I'd do with cats.
