Once he trusts you, Scotch Tape is incredibly affectionate. He loves cuddling, gives the sweetest little kisses, and is happiest curled up beside his person.He absolutely loves other dogs, and having a confident, friendly dog around has helped him come out of his shell. A home with another dog would be a wonderful fit for him.Scotch Tape is also potty trained, which makes bringing him home a little easier. What he needs most is someone who understands that trust isn’t instant. He needs patience, consistency, and the chance to build a relationship at his own pace.He may not be the dog who runs up to you and immediately asks to be your best friend.
