Story
Meet Mr. Red Mr. Red is a 3-year-old Chihuahua mix weighing in at about 18 pounds of pure love and personality. This handsome little guy may be a bit shy when first meeting new people, but give him a little patience, kindness, and time, and you will gain the most loyal sidekick imaginable. Once Mr. Red bonds with his person, he is incredibly loving, affectionate, and cuddly. He loves going for walks, enjoys playtime, and is happiest simply being near his people. He truly blossoms in a calm, loving environment where he feels safe and understood. Mr. Red would do wonderfully in a home with another friendly dog around his size to help build his confidence and share in the fun. Because he takes a little time to warm up, we feel older children would be the best fit, as they tend to understand the importance of patience and gentle interactions. This sweet boy is looking for someone willing to give him the love and understanding he deserves. In return, you’ll gain a faithful companion who will stick by your side through it all. If you’re looking for a loyal best friend with a heart of gold, Mr. Red may just be your perfect match. 🐾 For more information or to apply to adopt, please contact: pibbleandallpaws@gmail.com 📞 360-790-2266

Story
Baries is a 5-year-old tan-and-white Chihuahua with a big personality packed into his slightly chonky 9.5-pound frame! This friendly little guy loves people and is happiest when he`s soaking up attention from his favorite humans. Whether you`re relaxing on the couch or puttering around the house, Baries is happy to be part of the action and enjoy your company.Baries came to the shelter with a female Chihuahua, and the two have done well together. He seems to get along with—or at least peacefully tolerate and ignore—other small dogs, making him a good candidate for a home with a compatible canine companion. Like many small dogs, Baries will need a dental procedure in the future, but with routine veterinary care, he`s ready to bring plenty of love, companionship, and charm to his forever family. The dog adoption fee is $110. They come spayed/neutered, microchipped, first set of vaccines including DAPP (parvo combo), Bordatella (kennel cough), have been dewormed with Pyrantel, and have been treated with selamectin for fleas. Our website updates every hour, but some animals may be adopted faster than we can get them updated online. If you`d like to check on the status of an animal, please call us at 360-352-2510. This is especially important if you are viewing this animal on any site other than Animal Services` website.
